Non-Delivery

In rare cases mailing issues from your email provider or mail server might prevent you from receiving a delivery email from us, or the mail may end up in your spam or junk folder. In this case we recommend checking these folders or contacting us for assistance — we can resend the mail or send it to an alternate email address.

⚠️ Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service team in writing within 14 days from the order date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.

If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may treat the silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of return for a "non-receipt" reason.

Cancellation & Activated Keys

🔒 We do not offer a right to cancel for digital products. A refund or replacement request will be denied if the product has already been sent and activated.

If you receive any error in the key sent during activation, we can send you a new digital license key — just contact us and we will assist you promptly.

Major Defects

Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If we fail to correct such issues within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or notification provided by the customer, a full refund will be issued — or at the customer's choice, a replacement product of the same or similar value can be offered.

Product Not as Described

Such an issue should be reported to our technical support team within 30 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing that the purchased product is not as described on the website.

Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations are not honored. Our Technical Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.

Refund Processing Time

Our policy offers a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We'd love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when you reach out to us.

Our payment processor submits the refund immediately and makes every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card.
